Thai food is known for its balance
of three to four fundamental taste senses in each dish or
the overall meal: sweet, sour, salty, and spicy.

Thai food ain't about simplicity. It's about
the juggling of disparate
elements to
create a harmonious finish.
ABOUT ME
Weena J.
I'm a Thai with Chinese family background and grew up in Bangkok.
My mum is a very good cook and a loving mother that always prepared a very high quality food ready for us after a long day from school, Her authentic Chinese Tae-Chew style with a hint of Thai food has inspired and give me something to carry on after her from generation to generation.
I love cooking and entertaining my friends and family with my own creation style cooking.
My husband, his parents and our children don't like garlic and onion..oh well at least my family can eat food contains them when they don't see on their plates, but my parent in law is just not possible at all, and to cook Asian food without garlic and onion is almost impossible but as a wife and mother I've pulled out my creation and managed to made my own culinary cooking style without those 2 important ingredients it was a hit and I became a loving wife, mother and daughter in law even more.
I've found that if I collide together between Thai and Chinese and what we got is THAINESE believe me delicious.
We were travelling and relocating to many countries in the part and this last stop is Munich Germany since 2013, my German isn't great and difficult for me to find work, so I started to do a cooking class for mums and dads from our international school here, and certainly with no time at all I was doing so many catering, cooking classes and kids cooking club.
As we are cosmopolitan family with Thai - Chinese - English and live in Germany, holiday regularly in Italy does allowed me to be able to learn and cook many different cuisines such as English and Italian extra from my speciality recipes of Thai, Chinese and even Laos cuisines.
